Are my payments secure?
Yes, all communications between you and our site are encrypted and secure. We do not collect or store your bank details. Data is encrypted and masked by SSL. You'll see the padlock on all our pages, right up to the payment page.
I made a mistake when placing my order, what should I do?
Don't panic, if you made a mistake when placing your order by adding an extra product, nothing could be easier. Just send us an email: team@mygolfhaven.com - We'll rectify the problem the same day and refund your money immediately.
If you make a mistake, contact us the same day to cancel or modify your order. From the next day of the order, no refund will be possible and you will have to wait until we receive your order to send it back for a refund.
What are the shipping times for your products?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After this confirmation email, a new email with your personal tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours so that you can track your order.

Our office headquarters are located in the United Kingdom. Our international distribution centre is based in China, Shenzhen.

My order is missing some items, what happens?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.
I've received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the following email address: team@mygolfhaven.com and we'll send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.
